Ned Collett possesses a diverse media and live entertainment background.  He currently works with Oak View Group, initially as its Vice President of Arenas and Stadiums, and now consulting for its operation of touring properties and future arena development.  Before Oak View Group, Collett founded TourWorks, a boutique firm specializing in tour routing, venue programming, content development, event production, and sponsorship fulfillment.  Clients include Global Entertainment, Inc., Legends Attractions, Detroit Touring Company, Monster X Tour, Live Nation Productions (Las Vegas, Nevada), Skybound, LLC
(The Walking Dead) and Insomniac Music.

Collett is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Economics.  He is a member of the International Association of Venue Managers.  Collett lives in Katy, Texas, with his wife Ginger and their son Ethan.

Brenda Boone is the President and Founder of Human Solutions, Inc.  Under her leadership, HSI grew to be a leading technical services company for both government and commercial customers.  Prior to founding HSI in 1997, Brenda worked as an independent consultant to Unitech, Anderson Consultants, and CGH Technologies.  Brenda holds a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from Florida State University.

In addition to her business career, Brenda started the Brenda Boone Hope Center Foundation located in Meru, Kenya.  The center facilitates the rescue and rehabilitation of girls who have experienced or are at risk for sexual, physical, or psychological abuse.  The center provides a wide range of services from medical to educational.

Admiral Thomas R. Richards was born and raised on Long Island, New York. Rear Admiral Thomas R. Richards, (RADMUSN ) retired in 1999 following a 30 year naval career during which he served as the Commander of Naval Special Warfare Command in San Diego, California.  In this position, Admiral Richards was responsible for providing combat ready SEALS and Special Warfare Combat Crew Members to combatant commanders throughout the world, as well as the planning, programming and budgeting for Naval Special Warfare. His awards include the Defense Superior Service Medal (2), Navy Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star with Combat V (2), the Purple Heart and many others.

Admiral Richards currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Sunseeker Enterprises, Inc.  He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of the Naval Special Warfare Foundation from its inception in 2000 and has served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors in 2010. He lives with his wife in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Kimberly Racan’s career as an entrepreneur spans 30 years, first as a fitness  and wellness coach in the 1980's and 1990's ("Kim's Fitness Connection" and "The Well Being!") which she sold to manage her husband Gary's career as a professional entertainer.  Together they produce one of the top private event bands in the country: Gary Racan & the studio e band.

As the children of veterans, Kim and Gary created WARRIORS ROCK to thank and honor our fellow citizens who sacrificed so much to protect our freedom.   When not on the road, Kim and Gary spend their time in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania enjoying time with their family.







Major General James W. Comstock, United States Army Reserve, was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Michigan State University. As a Distinguished Military Graduate of his ROTC class he received a Regular Army commission as a Second Lieutenant of Infantry upon graduation in 1969. He earned a Master of Arts degree in National Security Studies from California State University, San Bernardino, California.

Major General Comstock's awards and decorations include the Defense Superior Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star with "V" device and two oak leaf clusters, Meritorious Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Medal with "V" device and five oak leaf clusters, Air Medal-Second Award, Combat Infantryman Badge, Parachutist Badge, Ranger Tab, Special Forces Tab, and numerous service medals.  In 2009 Major General Comstock was inducted into the Michigan State University Army ROTC Hall of Fame

In his civilian career Major General Comstock has over 35 years of experience in the insurance and investment profession. His current position is; Managing Director Public with Institutional Liability Management partners located in San Diego, California.

Major General Comstock and his wife Cheryl reside in San Diego California.

​​​Robert Levin is a native of Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania and currently resides with his wife Kerry in the Squirrel Hill neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Venturing from Washington D.C. 23 years ago to take over the duties and demands of the nine furniture stores and eventually growing Levin’s to the 34 locations it is today. Robert continued his family’s legacy and traditions by maintaining service, quality and competitive pricing for customers.

Robert is active in his community supporting many charitable organizations. Recently retired, Robert enjoys travelling, spending time with family, and biking in his spare time.  He hopes his experience and passion will bring value, creation, and results.
