Warriors Rock is proud to have supported so many diverse Veterans organizations. As we continue to grow, Warriors Rock and our partners are honored to provide more organizations ongoing support. It is our mission to help Veterans on all levels, from the grass roots organizations here in our own back yard to the organizations that are supporting our Vets a global effort. The following Veterans organization are the groups we have and will continue to support.
Veterans of Foreign WarsEstablished in 1899 to address and support the needs of all veterans. We strive to do all good things for our veterans and their families from local grass roots to the national influence.
Ferherty’s Troops First FoundationFeherty’s Troops First Foundation works to provide meaningful assistance to our military who have been wounded while serving in Iraq and Afghanistan. Through several relevant and unduplicated programs along with specialized events designed for OIF/OEF combat-wounded service members and their families.
Operation Strong VetEnsure that all veterans can be directed to and have immediate access to the support services they need to help them integrate into community life to leverage their demonstrated leadership, decision-making and collaborative skills.
CAHS PatriotsThe CAHS Patriots, Inc. began in 2003 as a student volunteer group at the Connellsville Area Senior High School and incorporated in July 2008. Their purpose is to promote patriotism and support our deployed military personnel, and their efforts were never political! To date they have shipped 8079 packages will continue until all of our servicemen/women are home from around the world. The project is ongoing and the mission gets bigger every day. That is why many individuals and businesses from the community have stepped up to help.
Home Front Hope FoundationHomefront Hope Foundation is unwavering in our mission to reduce suicide amongst Service Members and Veterans. This population is vital to our freedoms, and they have earned our dedication, support, and respect.
General Marshall AMVETS Hopwood, Pennsylvania“When you need to talk to someone who has been there”. A local outreach and support group hosting events and venues to support local veterans.
5 American Legion Posts of Greene County, PennsylvaniaThe American Legion was chartered and incorporated by Congress in 1919 as a patriotic veterans organization devoted to mutual helpfulness. It is the nation’s largest wartime veterans service organization, committed to mentoring youth and sponsorship of wholesome programs in our communities, advocating patriotism and honor, promoting strong national security, and continued devotion to our fellow servicemembers and veterans.
